    1. first, you do research.
      visit the place where you want to open your tea shop and see how many passengers come and go in a single day. do it for 7 days continuously. but make sure you do it on any random days, not on the festival or any sort of holiday season.

      also, see how many of them got to any other tea shop if available there. these people will be your customers most of the time and calculate how much you can make on the basis of this number. if you can make a profit then go for it.
